Laser sources

Quasi-continuous wave lasers
Quasi-continuous-wave (QCW) YLM-QCW fibre lasers excel at spot welding, seam welding and pulsed drilling. These compact, air-cooled units are a cost-effective alternative to traditional YAG systems, delivering >30% electrical-to-optical efficiency with maintenance-free operation.

Picosecond lasers
The refreshed UPL picosecond series provides outputs at 1030 nm, 515 nm and 343 nm in a compact package. User-selectable pulse widths from 10 to 40 ps enable high-precision micromachining with minimal thermal load.

Nanosecond-pulsed lasers
Nanosecond fibre lasers suited to industrial surface tasks such as cleaning, marking and texturing. With outputs from 1 W to 5 kW and wavelengths spanning ultraviolet to mid-IR, they offer exceptional flexibility across materials and processes.

Medium-power lasers
A broad range of continuous-wave (CW) fibre lasers from 100 W to 6 kW for commercial and scientific use. They pair high beam quality with stable operation, making them well suited to cutting, welding and general materials processing.

Low-power lasers
Compact, continuous-wave, low-power single-mode ytterbium fibre lasers supplied as OEM modules. Provide precise control via dedicated software over Ethernet, and support remote commands through RS-232 — ideal for bespoke integrations and laboratory rigs.

High-power lasers
Flagship YLS and YLS-U fibre-laser families are offered in multiple configurations with output powers up to 100 kW and beyond.
